Career Panel

July 16 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Many of our alumni–even those who do not use their language skills on a day-to-day basis in their work–regard their participation in the Middlebury Language Schools as an experience with a profound impact on their professional trajectory. The career panel is an opportunity for all stuents to learn from four alumni from different sectors at different stages of their careers. The Middlebury Language Schools invite all students to attend the 2020 Career Panel on July 16th from 6:30 to 8 pm.

Our speakers this year will be Amanda Anger (policy advisor in the US Department of Health and Human Services,) Mikael Owunna (award-winning Nigerian-Swedish photographer,) Brian Burke (head of Asia Litigation Practice, Shearer & Sterling,) and Tom Roberts (Assistant Professor of Russian, East European & Eurasian Studies, Smith College.) Welcoming remarks by Steve Snyder (Dean of Language Schools & VP for Academic Affairs.) The evening will be moderated by Per Urlaub (Associate Dean Language Schools.)

All participants must RSVP by July 15th, noon, here.
